Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
The following return and withdrawal conditions apply to purchases made at www.luckytohaveit.com
The official LUCKY TO HAVE® shop
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance-selling contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, in accordance with § 355 BGB.
However, due to the nature of our products, special conditions apply:
LUCKY TO HAVE® products are small, practical household tools that are held directly in the hand during use.
For reasons of hygiene and economic feasibility, there is no right of withdrawal for orders of up to 33 units per color or type.
Once opened or used, these products are no longer resalable for hygiene reasons and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB.
For orders of 33 units or more per color/type (i.e. an originally sealed sales unit), the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your order (33 units or more), we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers
Entrepreneurs, retailers and resellers within the meaning of § 14 BGB do not have a right of withdrawal.
For commercial orders, the individually agreed delivery and warranty terms apply.
